For over 30 years, the Jesuit Academy has prepared students for the rigorous Jesuit college prep program. The Academy program offers a structured, somewhat traditional environment, designed to improve study habits and prepare a student for the type of work and self discipline needed for success at any college prep high school. The Academy offers:

- Rigorous curriculum geared to prepare students for the high school and beyond
- Latin, Computers, Art, Physical Education
- Separate English and Language Arts classes
- Access to science labs, two computer labs, two gyms, art studio, band room
- Opportunity to take high school classes
- Academy retreats and service opportunities with Focus:HOPE
- Athletic program, including nine Academy teams
- Robotics team, Academy Newspaper, Quiz Bowl, Future Cities Competition, Student Council, National Junior Honor Society
- Monthly Academy activities including dances, laser tag, bowling night, golf outing
