Chris Kendall received a Division 1 (Superior) rating on his solo and Matt and Nick Jackson received a Division 1 on their duet. Chris Kendall and Martez Claybren received a Division 2 (Good) rating on their duet and so did the Cub Chorus (Kevin Burke, Martez Claybren, Tony Eggert, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Chris Kendall, Alex King, Da'Maris King and John Walawender).

National Latin Exam
Our 8th grade students participated in the National Latin Exam in March2008, they were evaluated on a grade 9 national standard. Jared McNeir, Asher Miller, and Chuck Paddock placed within the top ten and will receive magna cum laude certificates. Brian Cleary, Vincent Gregory, and Dean Moore will receive cum laude certificates.
Quiz Bowl
By capturing first place in the White Cloud High School tournament the Quiz Bowl team has qualified for the state championships to be held at Michigan State University on April 18th and 19th.

Science and Engineering
Robotics
Two Academy teams and two High School teams advanced from regional competition to the World Robofest Competition at Lawrence Technological University. The Jesuit Academy Robotics Team placed 1st in the Sumo Robotics competition and 2nd in the Games competition at the regional Robofest competition. Team members are Jalen Battle Jacob Castle, Colin Means, Anthony Seely, Kiernan Babcock, Cary Junior, Dean Moore, Chuck Paddock, and J.J. Roelant. A Senior Robotics Team placed 1st in the Senior Sumo Robotics competition (Richmond Flint, Billy Crowe) and 1st in the Senior Games competition (Marc Pulte, Jovan Kelley-Butler, Falco Schaive, and Brian Wideman) at the regional Robofest competition
The F.I.R.S.T. robotics team members recently competed at the Western Michigan and Great Lakes regional competitions. Their participation in F.I.R.S.T. robotics qualifies them to apply for over $9 million in college scholarships.
